Thank you to everyone for your kind comments! This dress, while frustrating in parts, was one of my favorite projects in a couple of years. Probably my favorite since the Pippa Dress. I do like a challenge, and I like puzzles, so there you go.
Several people asked me for recommendations for fabric to make this dress. As I said in the review, I think an ITY jersey will be too floppy, and will produce disastrous results. I prefer to go with a knit that has more body to it. Here are four that are in stock at Gorgeous Fabrics that I think would work for it (click on the pictures to go to the fabric page):

“Neoprene”-style knit in deep purple
If you want a print (honestly, I don’t recommend busy prints, just because the pattern’s markings are confusing enough without the distraction), you can try the Neoprene prints we have, or the print double knits. But like I say, I would be hesitant to use a print myself.
